🕯️ A blue, silver, violet, or white candle
💎 Amethyst, Labradorite, Aquamarine, Fluorite, or Clear Quartz
🌿 Lavender, peppermint, rosemary, or frankincense
📄 Two pieces of paper
✍️ A pen
🔥 A fireproof bowl, only if you plan to burn your release list safely

Choose one or two crystals and herbs rather than placing your entire metaphysical inventory on the table. Your altar does not need to look like it is hosting a clearance sale. 😉

Step One: Clear the Mental Static

Light your candle and take several slow breaths.

As you inhale, imagine fresh Air moving through your mind. As you exhale, release mental noise, outside opinions, expectations, and the imaginary committee that keeps reviewing all your life choices.

Hold your crystal and say:

“I welcome truth, clarity, and the freedom to become who I am now.”
